专利摘要:
Beverage protective element and advertising medium consisting of a tubular body (1) which is impermeable and durable, preferably carrying printed information and possibly with punched Braille characters, and having a structure similar to that of the can (2) which is cylindrical, open at the base and top, and with slightly larger dimensions to cover and enclose the can laterally. The tubular body (1) is provided with at least one tearing means such as a partially pre-embossed band (3) or any other known corresponding sewing system, where at least at one end there is at least one tab (4) for ease of grip thereof. Further, the possibility of including one or two additional sheets (5) to cover and hygienically protect said parts thereof under the tubular body (1), at the top of the can or at both the upper and lower ends, is envisaged. .

Technical area
The invention, as expressed in the present disclosure, relates to a protective sleeve and advertising medium for beverage cans.
More specifically, the object of the invention is a casing whose purpose is to act as a protective element, especially of a hygienic nature, and as a promotional medium for promotional and promotional messages, for beverage cans, in which casing suitable hygienic conditions on the surface of the can are secured. an effective and simple way so that it can safely enter the mouth and can be drunk directly by the can, without concern about the presence of dirt or any bacteria on it before the seal is broken, and also, covering the entire can; to facilitate the printing of promotional and advertising messages on this substrate in a much more economical and simple manner than conventional metal application.
Prior art
As is known, beverage cans are a type of container which is widely used and whose main advantage is their simplicity of use without the need for cups or other containers for appropriate and comfortable consumption of their contents. However, said type of container has an important disadvantage, which is that the cans during their transport and / or storage, which may be relatively long, are very prone to accumulation of dirt of any type from simple dust, any kind of substance which may eventually are wasted or accumulated on them for excrement and urine from various animals (rats, cockroaches, ants, flies), which generally "roam freely" without control in warehouses and similar facilities.
The problems mentioned are sometimes solved in part by the use of plastic packaging for "packages" or groups of cans, which is used by some companies. However, the said packages not only do not completely cover the cans, as they are usually partially open, but also do not incorporate any kind of security seal and when said "packages", on the other hand, are divided into individual cans or smaller groups of cans, the packaging is broken or directly eliminated, thereby exposing the cans to any anti-hygienic elements, even pathogens, which can reach our mouths if drank directly from the can.
On the other hand, printings of an informative and / or advertising nature are more economical, and simpler, to perform on a plastic substrate than directly on the metal of the can.
Finally, another disadvantage is the fact that it is difficult to include the messages and / or information directly on the cans in Braille, which would allow their reading of visually impaired persons.
Therefore, it would be desirable to create a type of protective element which ensures hygienic conditions on the upper surface of each can until the time of their consumption by the user, and which also constitutes an advertising medium, which is the main object of the present invention. On the other hand, it should be noted that we are not aware of the existence of any other element which has technical, structural and design characteristics similar to those of the element proposed herein.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Thus, the protective casing and advertising medium for cans of beverages, as proposed by the present invention, present themselves as a notable innovation in its field, its use enabling the purposes mentioned above to be achieved. The distinguishing features which are incorporated and which make it possible are suitably covered by the final claims attached to the present disclosure.
In particular, the proposed casing basically consists of a body made of a suitably impervious and sufficiently durable material, preferably thin plastic, bioplastics, cellophane or the like, preferably carrying printed information, which material assumes a configuration similar to that of the can and is located. by using, for example 3K 2011 00073 U3, among other possibilities, a heating technique applied to the material (thermoforming) which encloses it in its entirety and which may cover it at the upper and lower ends by inserting caps. Advantageously, the sheath is provided with a tear agent which may be any of the conventionally known, which ensures that the can is hygienic and possibly includes corresponding lateral tabs to facilitate its opening.
It should be noted that, in addition to providing a more economical advertising medium than direct printing on the can, the insertion of the casing provides the opportunity to punch dots in the can to include advertising or a brand in Braille for visually impaired persons.
The new protective case and advertising medium for beverage cans represent an innovative structure with structural and basic characteristics, hitherto unknown for this purpose, which, together with their practical application, provide a sufficient basis for obtaining the exclusivity privilege applied for.
Brief description of the drawing
To supplement the description which follows, and for the purpose of helping to better understand the features of the invention, a set of figures is attached to the present description as an integral part thereof, in which figures the following are for illustrative and non-limiting purposes. shown:
Figure 1 - shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of the protective casing and advertising medium for beverage cans, which is the object of the invention suitably located on the can for which it is intended, and showing the manner in which it is disposed, as well as the parts or the elements it is made of.
Figure 1 - shows a sectional view of the example shown in Figure 1.

Best way of carrying out the invention
As can be seen from the above figures, and in accordance with the numbering used, a preferred embodiment of the invention can be seen in them, the embodiment comprising the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
As can be seen from the figures mentioned, the casing in question, which as indicated can be used as a protective element, especially of a hygienic nature, and as an advertising medium for advertising messages and elements, is basically made of a tubular body (1) made of a suitably impervious and sufficiently durable material, preferably thin plastic, bioplastics, cellophane or the like, which preferably carries printed information and possibly also punched in Braille, and having a structure similar to that of the can (2), i.e. a cylindrical structure which is open at the upper and lower ends of dimensions barely larger than those of the can (2), in such a way that it covers and encloses it laterally as it, when heated, adapts to the shape of the can , and covers it, preferably in its entirety.
The tubular body (1) comprises at least one tear member, such as a partially pre-embossed band (3) or any other known corresponding system, optionally having at least one tab (4) at its ends to facilitate its grip.
Further, the invention contemplates that, under the tubular body (1) described constituting the sheath, on top of the can or on both parts, bottom and top, one or two additional foils (5) are included to cover and hygienically protect said parts thereof, so as to ensure the hygiene of the upper surface of the can (2), on which the corresponding opening tab is provided, to enable drinking thereof directly.
As the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner in which it is reduced to practice, has been sufficiently described, neither a more detailed explanation of the invention nor its benefits derived from it is not considered necessary for the understanding thereof by any person skilled in the art, both hygienically and as an advertising medium. It should be noted that the invention can be substantially reduced to practice in other embodiments which differ in detail only from that given by way of example only, wherein said other embodiments also fall within the scope of the invention. of the protection sought, provided that its fundamental principle is not changed, altered or modified.
Industrial applicability
The scope of the present invention falls within the industry 10 involved in the manufacture of packaging materials.
